We activate manually from incoming transfers and your payment note. The note must follow the templates below and include your order code. If you forgot the note, email us with time, amount, and plan—otherwise we cannot auto-match the payment. Keep your order code safe: on a new browser or after clearing cookies, restore access in the Restore tab with the code—no login required.

No login required to pay or activate. Your order code is your access token. Linking email lets you view subscription on your account and attach codes while signed in.

Activation usually within 2 hours during business hours, and within 12 hours off-hours. Transfers without the order code in the note need email verification and may be slower. Refunds are available within 24 hours if not used; otherwise handled based on usage.
Save your order code; restore below with “Restore access with an order code”. If you paid without the note, use the email above to reconcile.
